I haven't had time to blog lately. Regardless there really wasn't much to blog about! The Broncos are in a 3 game slide. I did think it was possible to lose 2 out of 3, but to lose all 3 was rather unexpected.
Baltimore and Pittsburgh I knew were going to be tough because of their physical play and their ferocious defense. But I was hoping that our D would keep us in the games and our offense would come to life at least for a couple of scores. However, the D got beat up and wore out and the offense never was able to score enough.
The Redskins however are not that good of a team. After Kyle Orton got injured I told a good friend of mine (who is a Redskins fan) that it was basically the Redskins game to lose. I was hoping Chris Simms would be able to fill Orton's shoes, but he couldn't. Once again the D got beat up and wore out and we dropped our 3rd straight game.
So now San Diego is coming to the house and we have even records at 6-3. Here is my hypothesis. If Kyle Orton does not play, we lose! Pretty straight forward and honest. But only time will tell. This is an important game to winning the AFC west. Especially if the Chargers sweep the Raiders and Chiefs.
I hope we come out on top! Cheers.
